ALMOND BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 flounder fillets or other fish (1 lb.)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. slivered almonds

Combine first 3 ingredients in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange fish in dish. Spread mayonnaise over fish. Combine last 4 ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
