ALMOND BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
4 fish fillets
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. saltine crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. slivered almonds

Combine first 3 ingredients in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange fish in dish. Spread mayonnaise over fish. Combine crumbs, butter and almonds. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
