BAKED FILLET (SALMON, SCROD, MACKEREL) | |
2 lbs. fish fillet (any fairly thick firm-fleshed fish works well, i.e. salmon, scrod, mackerel) Juice of 1 lemon 2 tsp. bread crumbs Mrs. Dash's Original Recipe seasoning (to taste) 1 tbsp. butter Line an oven-proof dish with aluminum foil. Place fillets skin-side down. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Mrs. Dash's seasoning and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes. |
