BAKED FISH PARMESAN 
2 lb. cod fillets
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 c. slivered, toasted
Almonds
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Parsley, for garnish
Lemon slices, for garnish

In an 11 x 7 inch baking dish; pour wine over fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 2-3 hours. Just before serving, pour off wine. Spread top of fillets with mixture of mayonnaise, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then broil 2-3 minutes.
