KITTY'S BAKED FISH PARMESAN 
2 lbs. haddock or cod
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. crushed dry dill
Juice 1/2 lemon
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Lemon wedges, parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease shallow baking dish. Place fish in single layer in baking dish. In separate bowl, stir and blend well the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dill and salt and pepper.

With spatula, evenly spread mixture over fish. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle paprika over dish. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish just begins to flake when touched with fork. Garnish and serve immediately. Serve with rice and fresh seasonal veggies.

I thought this recipe was very easy and very tasty. I put more lemon on it then it called. The liquid and the sour cream don't look that appetizing together but it goes great served with rice.
