BROILED FISH AU GRATIN | |
1 lb. fish fillets (works best with a white bottom fish, preferably cod or halibut) 4 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 green onions, chopped finely 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. melted butter A few drops of Tabasco Pat fillets dry with paper towels. Place fish on oiled broiler rack. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8-12 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Broil until puffy and golden and fish flakes easily with a fork. |
