GREEN BEAN - PEA SALAD 
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 sm. can pimentos
1 chopped onion
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 chopped green pepper

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. water

Heat sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and water until sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad and toss. Keeps indefinitely.
