GREEN BEAN AND PEA SALAD | |
1 can French sliced green beans 1 can English peas 1 sm. onion 1 sm. jar pimento 4 stalks celery 1 bell pepper 1/2 tbsp. salt 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. Wesson oil 1/2 c. vinegar Drain beans and peas. Chop onion, celery, pimento and bell pepper. Blend together and set aside. Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and Wesson oil. Let set 1 hour before putting on vegetables. Blend dressing and vegetables together and let set in refrigerator overnight before serving. |
