CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dry celery, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds, browned
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Plain croutons - melted butter and little of broth

Cook chicken; remove from bone and dice. Combine remaining ingredients except croutons. Top with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
