BOTTOM ROUND ROAST/CROCKPOT 
Perfect meal for winter Sundays :-)

3 lb. roast
carrots
potatoes
whole onion
brown gravy (can, jar, or packet)
onion powder or onion soup mix
salt and pepper
mushrooms (optional)
green beans (optional)

So easy... season the roast with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Peel and chop onion in hearty chunks. Scrub and cut potatoes. Peel and chop carrots. Put veggies in Crock-Pot, place roast on top. Coat with gravy of your choice... for thinner gravy, add a can of onion soup. Cook on low for 8 hours.
