DANISH WALNUT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. baking soda 1/2 c. shopped walnuts or pecans Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or 45 minutes. Check after 30 minutes. TOPPING: 1/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. nuts chopped Put on cake while warm. Very delicious and moist. |
