2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 pkg. crescent rolls 1 c. sugar 1 egg, separated TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Roll out one package of crescent rolls in a 13 x 9 pan. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk. Spread on roll. Place 2nd package of crescent rolls on top. Whip egg white until frothy. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated. |
