CHEESE AND DANISH LOAF 
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve yeast in water. Add Bisquick and mix. Mix egg and sugar and add to yeast mixture. Mix well. Knead gently on floured surface 20 times. Place on greased 15 1/2 x 12 inch baking sheet; roll to 9x14 inch rectangle.

Combine cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Spread on dough. Make 3 inch cuts at 1 inch intervals along sides of dough. Fold strips at angle over filling. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon jam down center of loaf, bake 5 minutes more. Cool 10 minutes.
