1 loaf French bread
2 sticks butter, softened
2 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. Beau Monde
Swiss cheese slices

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Slice French bread, spread mixture between slices. Place 1/2 slice of cheese between bread slices. Spread remaining butter on top of bread. Wrap in foil leaving top open. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
