HOT CHEDDAR OLIVE BREAD 
1 lb. loaf French bread cut in half lengthwise
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. sliced ripe olives

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, onions and chili powder; stir until well mixed. Spread each half of bread with cheese mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges. Arrange olive slices over cheese. Wrap each bread half in foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. 12 servings.
