HOT CHEESE OLIVE BREAD 
1 each (1 lb.) loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/8 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or to suit your taste)
2 tbsp. black olives, sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, onion and Tabasco sauce; stir until well mixed. Spread each half of bread with the cheese mixture to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Arrange olive slices over cheese. Wrap each bread half in foil that has been sprayed on the inside of the sheet with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.
