OLIVE CHEESE GARLIC BREAD 
2 c. real mayonnaise, not salad dressing
3 sm. cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated
3 green onions with tops, chopped
4 oz. chopped ripe olives, drained
French bread sliced, or triangle of white bread

Mix all ingredients except bread and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Spread on bread and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes enough to cover about 2 loaves of bread.

Note: Spread can be stored tightly covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
