PIZZA BREAD 
1/2 loaf French bread
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano, basil, thyme
2 c. shredded cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. black olives, sliced

Slice bread horizontally into two layers. Place in pan with cut side up. Brown ground beef, onions, garlic salt, and pepper in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in black olives and spoon over bread. Top with shredded cheese. Heat in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
