DANISH CHEESE CRESCENT 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk

TOPPING:

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In an ungreased 9"x13" pan, place dough of 1 package rolls on bottom. Pinch seams together. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Spread on dough. Place second package of rolls on top.

TOPPING: Beat egg white until frosty. Spread on top layer of rolls. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle on egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cold.
