CHEESE DANISH 
2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Roll out 1 can of crescent rolls and place in pan.

Mix filling: cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and pour filling over bottom crust. Cover filling with 1 can of crescent rolls. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
