CREAM CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 egg, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. cream cheese, softened

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place 1 package rolls in pan; pat seams together. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Spread over rolls. Place second package of rolls on top. Whip egg white; brush on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
