PIZZA CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. tepid (not boiling) water
1/4 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Add yeast to water and sugar and wait until it doubles in size. Add oil; stir. Add yeast mixture to flour and salt. When mixture is well mixed you should be able to clean your bowl with dough ball. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

To make individual pizzas, divide dough into 4 balls or 1 large pizza. Shape and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add favorite topping. Finish baking for about 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.

NOTE: If crust is to be used for a later time, freeze after first baking.
