BEER PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. warm beer
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients. Add approximately 3 1/4 cups flour. Add a small amount at a time. Knead for 5 minutes, place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled, about one hour. Punch down and press in pan let rise approximately 20 minutes.

Add your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
