CAULIFLOWER WITH WHITE SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 med. cauliflower
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter on low heat; add the flour and stir until blended. Add milk and stir until smooth and mixture has thickened. Remove form fire and add seasonings. Boil cauliflower (prepared) in salted water 15 or 20 minutes. Drain; break into flowerets and place in greased casserole.

Pour white sauce over this. Garnish with bread crumbs with butter. Bake in 350°F oven 30 minutes.

Try adding some garlic and Parmesan cheese to the sauce for tasty variety. Half and half or heavy cream makes a better sauce.

Leah - this is the recipe. When the flour and milk begin to thicken, add about 1/2 to 1 whole block of cheddar cheese. You can add as much cheese as you like.

Really easy recipe that works, I added a handful of finely grated french cheese and a splash of white wine it looks great with a nice consistency. The paprika brings it to life.
