SEAFOOD GOURMET 
2 c. white rice, cooked
2 c. wild rice, cooked
2 lg. onions
1 green pepper (optional)
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. half and half
2 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Pepper

Saute onion, pepper, and celery in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Combine gently. Top with slivered almonds that have been fried in butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
