GOURMET STEW 
3 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1/3 c. red wine
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Rice or Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients except rice. Cook in roaster at 325°F for 3 hours, covered. Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.

Serves 6.
