WHITE CHERRY FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. white vanilla
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
1 c. English walnut pieces
1 sm. container candied red cherries (cut into sm. pieces)
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

In heavy skillet put sugar, butter and milk, bring to heavy boil. Boil 5 minutes with continued stirring. Remove from heat, add vanilla and marshmallow cream, and chips. Stir until all mixed. Then add nuts, cherries and coconut. Mix well, pour in buttered 9 x 13 pan. When cool cut in small pieces.
