COTTAGE POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil, peel and shred potatoes. Blend sour cream, cheese, butter, onion, salt and pepper. Combine potatoes and cheese mixture. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour, 300 degrees.
