OATMEAL-BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. All Bran
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in egg, oil and raisins. Combine flours and next 3 ingredients in bowl. Make well in center of mixture. Add bran mixture, stirring just until moistened. Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes or until done.
