CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cans pinto beans
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans tomatoes
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
3 c. water
3 tbsp. chili powder

Bring to a boil and cook at low boil for 2 to 3 hours. Approximately 16 servings.
