POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. Puritan oil
2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Do not over beat. Fill 2 greased loaf pans halfway. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden.
