POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Mix together and pour over hot bread.

Mix all ingredients together. Beat for two minutes. Bake at 340 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes in greased and floured mini loaf pans. Yields 3-4 loaves at a time.
