POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add rest of ingredients. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Yield: 3 loaves.
