BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. Kellogg's All Bran
2 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over bran and raisins. Blend sugar, flour, salt and soda; mix with bran. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks. Spoon into greased tins.

IMPORTANT: Don't stir batter after refrigerating.
