RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) Kellogg's Raisin Bran 5 c. flour 2 1/2 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, unbeaten 1 pkg. dates Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well until blended. Fill greased cupcake tin 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Will keep remaining in refrigerator for 7 to 8 weeks. |
