BUTTERMILK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. melted shortening
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
4 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
1 lb. raisins
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
2 c. Kelloggs All Bran
5 c. flour

Mix together and store in refrigerator. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. These will store in refrigerator for a good month to six weeks. Dates or nuts may be added.
