DOUBLE BRAN MUFFINS 
(Makes 5 to 6 dozen - bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes).

2 c. Kellogg's Bran Buds or Grape Nuts
2 c. hot water

4 eggs
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. milk

Add bran mix.

5 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
3 to 4 tsp.soda
2 c. raisins or dates
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran

Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake next day. Freeze muffins and defrost as needed. (If desired, batter can be kept in a seal-tight container in the refrigerator up to one month).

(This recipe satisfied a MAJOR bran muffin craving while pregnant with my two kids!!!)
