6 WEEKS BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 box Kellogg's Bran Flakes or Raisin Bran (15-16 oz. box) 2 1/2 c. sugar 5 c. all-purpose flour 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. oil 5 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs, beaten Mix bran flakes, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda in a very large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. When ready to cook, fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375°F. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks. Makes about 48 good sized muffins. |
