CRAB QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Lemon juice to taste
Parsley and paprika

Cook pie crust until slightly browned. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice, parsley and paprika. Pour into quiche shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and paprika.
