CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
Standard pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
1/3 c. onion, chopped

Line quiche dish with standard pie crust and bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
