CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. or 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat
1 (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, sliced & diced
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Add crab meat, cheese and onions. Pour in pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
