CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. flaked crab meat
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 c. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Yield 6 to 8 servings.

I substitute lowfat and cholesterol as much as possible. I use the imitation crab meat also.
