CRAB QUICHE 
1 9" pie crust, unbaked
4 eggs
2 c. cream
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 can crabmeat
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Snipped parsley

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs, stir in cream, salt and pepper. Layer crabmeat, cheese and onion in pie pan. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to cool.
