HERSHEY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
This cake turns out like a cross between a brownie and a cake - lighter than a brownie, but denser than a cake.

Cream 1 stick butter and 1 cup sugar together. Add 4 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 (16 ounce) can Hershey syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch metal pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

Boil 1/2 stick butter with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup sugar for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup each chocolate chips and coconut; stir until chocolate is completely melted into frosting. Pour on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven - spread evenly to all sides. Let cake cool completely before cutting.
