HERSHEY CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
6 eggs
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
4 c. Red Band flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey syrup

Cream butter, sugar, and Crisco well. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients and milk, alternating. Add Hershey syrup last. Put in cold oven, turn oven to 325 degrees, and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa

Cream well and ice cake.
