HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter and gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat thoroughly after each one. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with chocolate syrup, blending well. Add walnuts and vanilla, blend. Pour batter in a 9 inch tube pan lined with waxed paper on the bottom. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Turn cake out on rack and peel off wax paper. Let cool, then serve with whipped cream and ice cream.
