HERSHEY'S MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow topping
2 c. (11 1/2 oz. pkg.) Hershey's milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Green & red cherries for garnish

Mix sugar, butter, evaporated milk and marshmallow topping in a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Quickly bring to a bubbling boil, stirring continuously. Reduce to medium heat when bubbles appear all over the top. Stir 8 minutes.

Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted and blended into mixture. Add vanilla and chopped nuts.

Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Garnish with cherries, if desired. Cool thoroughly. Makes 3 dozen squares or 2 1/4 pounds. Variations: Replace 1/2 cup of nuts with 1/2 cup chopped candied cherries or 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots.
