ZUCCHINI BAKE | |
1 can creamy chicken-mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 4 c. sliced, cooked zucchini 1 c. shredded carrots 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/4 c. butter, melted In 2 quart shallow baking dish, 12"x8"x2", combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Toss stuffing mix with butter, spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly all over. Makes about 6 cups. |
