ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken/mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. sliced cooked zucchini
1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter. Toss stuffing mix with butter; spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
