COUNTRY STYLE COLE SLAW 
1 c. real mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
8 c. cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. green onion, sliced

In large bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill several hours. If desired, serve in bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Makes 8 cups.
